Have a Glorious 4th!

I heard this presentation by Red Skelton -- one the greatest performers who ever lived & THE wisest -- while listening to the radio years ago. I just recently heard it again & it moved me as before.

First presented in 1969, his words are even more powerful today.

Have a wonderful & safe 4th of July!

  2. Sorry I'm so late. Just want you to know how appreciative I am for your posting this. When I was a very young child I would listen to Red on the radio and year later watch him on TV. He had such wisdom and a gift to be funny with out ever being vulgar. Guess in today's world he wouldn't have made it big. Too bad our youth they desperately need this type of mentoring. h~
